Wind Farm Construction Update

Smiltene wind farmconstruction works are proceeding in accordance with the plan. The project hasreceived 2^nd check mark approvals for all building permits fromthe municipality.

Road constructionworks are ongoing in the following roads leading to the turbine locations:

·      AV01

·      AV17

·      AV19

·      AV12

·      AV15

·      AV16

·      AV04

·      AV08

·      AV07

·      AV06

·      AV09

·      AV10

In parallel, cableconduits are being installed as the road construction proceeds.

Next work phases arecable pulling and foundation works. Cable pulling is planned to be started onCW46 and foundation works in CW43 with excavating the foundation pit and thestarting the soil improvement. After that the reinforcement will be built for thefoundation. Foundation pouring is expected to begin in December. Pouring ofsinge foundation takes around 10-15 hours.During foundation pouring phase there will be increased traffic due to concretedeliveries to turbine locations. ''
